Insomnia Causes
Insomnia is not only annoying but it can also cause many different issues during the day. There are also several different causes of insomnia in the elderly. Many medical issues can not only cause mental stress but also stress on the body. Mental stress can cause countless hours of laying awake at night worrying about the issues you or your partner is having. Medical issues can cause pain and discomfort.
